I recently purchased a new gas range, to replace an old electric one. Mike made a special trip out to reassure me that the conversion could be done, before I finalized my purchase. On the day of the install, it was discovered that the electrical outlet needed to be converted before the installation could proceed. Instead of leaving me stranded, with no electrician, Mike, Darryl and Jayson all made numerous efforts to contact someone to fix the problem, even lining up a back-up electrician, in case the other person couldn’t make it. The next day, the electrician came, converted the outlet and the whole job was completed. After two weeks without a range, I was so grateful not to have to wait an additional week, to get the job completed. On the day of the install, Mike made an additional trip over, to make sure that all was proceeding as smoothly and quickly as possible. Jayson’s work was meticulous and he left everything spotless. I have rarely encountered such a commitment to customer service by a company and I can’t recommend them highly enough. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them.
